Main conference registration does not include pre-conference workshops and OHN Review Course.

All registrants must pay in full before attending any sessions, events, or workshops. Register online or complete the AOHP Conference Registration Form and mail, along with payment, to:

Please do not fax the Registration Form if payment is by check. Payment must accompany the Registration Form. Only registration with credit card payment can be faxed for processing.

Pre-registration for the conference is encouraged. 


Receive a 10% discount on main conference registration when a minimum of five employees from the same organization register at the same time. Must submit by mail or fax with payment.


Students are defined as full-time (minimum of nine credit hours/semester.) Must submit registration by mail or fax with payment and student ID.


Your main conference registration fee will include a URL to the conference syllabus prior to the conference. If you would like to order a syllabus Flash Drive, it will be available at the discounted price of $25/each for conference registrants. Place your order prior to the conference. The Flash Drive will be distributed onsite at the registration desk. 

If you are unable to attend the conference and would like to have a copy of the syllabus Flash Drive, the cost is $35 for members and $45 for non-members.

Guests of AOHP conference registrants may register in advance or at the AOHP registration area to obtain a badge for admittance to the AOHP exhibit hall only. The fee includes admittance to the activities/meals listed below. All guests must be registered to enter the hall and must be accompanied by a registered conference attendee at all times during their visit.

$18 Breakfast each day (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday)

CANCELLATION/REPLACEMENT POLICY: Refunds, less a 20% processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing on or before August 13, 2021. No refunds will be made after this date. Registration substitutions may be made if requested in writing before Sep 1, 2021. AOHP reserves the right to cancel/change any general session, pre-conference workshop and breakout session. All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the conference. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
